We work to represent our designs and shirt colors as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to monitor settings, lighting, garment color, and the printing process. These small differences are normal and make each printed piece uniquely its own.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 3 hours of purchase. Visit account.peculiarsoul.shop or email info@peculiarsoul.shop as soon as possible. After the 3-hour window, your shirt may have already entered processing or production and cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
Can I change my size or shipping address after ordering?
Contact us as soon as possible if you notice a mistake. We will make reasonable efforts to make the requested change, but changes cannot be guaranteed once your order has entered processing or production.
How long will it take to receive my T-shirt?

What is your return policy?
Eligible T-shirts may be returned when a return is requested within 30 days of delivery of the last item in your order. Returned shirts must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition. Please review our full Return & Refund Policy for additional requirements and exclusions.
Can I return a T-shirt if I ordered the wrong size?
If the shirt meets our return requirements and is eligible for return, you may request a return within the applicable 30-day return period. Because we do not offer exchanges, you can place a new order for your preferred size.

When will I receive my refund?
After your return is received, we will inspect it and notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive your returned item. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
